Biodynamic Farming with Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden

TBD 2020
7:00 - 8:00 PM

Biodynamic Farming with Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden

Despite the incredible wines biodynamic farming frequently produces, associations with mystic moon phases, puzzling preparations, and feel good farmers often overshadow its practices. But what would happen if two finance experts steeped in measured methodology, disciplined observation, and best practices tried their hands at biodynamic winemaking? As it turns out, they would quickly establish themselves as quality leaders in Oregon’s Applegate Valley.

Join Cowhorn Vineyards & Garden winemaking team and owners, Barbara and Bill Steele, for a tasting and discussion of their unique and scientific approach to biodynamic farming. Gain a new understanding and appreciation for farming and winemaking processes that pre-date the scientific revolution but have been enhanced using the latest techniques and knowledge.
